NOSBAAN Platform

Event-driven ERP, AI Messaging & Public Portal

Founding Engineer 2025–Present

Founding and sole engineer for a multi-property, monthly-rentals operator in Bangkok. I own the ERP, the public portal, and the AI-assisted guest-messaging system through to production and the on-call.

  • Made ingestion idempotent under at-least-once delivery, so a redelivered webhook cannot double-process.
  • Audit my own gates: found a quality metric that could not fail, and an alarm so permanently on that new failures were invisible inside it.
  • Built the guest-messaging system on RAG behind a grounding guard and human review; in supervised rollout now, every reply is operator-approved before it sends.

MonOCR

OCR for the Mon Language

Solo — side project 2025–Present

Mon is a UNESCO-classified vulnerable language with no OCR model of its own. The dataset, the models, and the tooling are open, and the work is ongoing.

  • Built an 11.55M-parameter recogniser (MobileNetV3 + BiLSTM + CTC) and shipped it to web (WASM), Android (NNAPI) and iOS (CoreML) via ONNX. Verified samples feed back into the next training run.

Civic Data Dashboard for Myanmar

Lead Engineer

A public platform for humanitarian and civic indicators across Myanmar: 2.8K peak daily active users (GA4), ~10K annual active, ~132K events, 100K+ records. I still maintain it. In 2026, I re-architected its data delivery for low-bandwidth connections. It stays unnamed to protect the people connected to it.

  • Built on a static-data architecture that compiles Baserow content into versioned JSON, with hybrid rendering per page — fast and cheap to run, with no public database exposure.

Myanmar Biodiversity Portal

Architecture Redesign & Cost Reduction

Lead Engineer 2021–2024

A public biodiversity portal was running create-react-app on a dedicated server, with data split across two systems, for content that changed only a couple of times a month.

  • Migrated to Next.js and consolidated the data into Baserow, with most pages moved to static generation; the dedicated server was no longer needed and the stack got simpler to maintain, cutting infrastructure cost by ~33%.
